10 Lbs Down...
And 20 to go. I’ve recently been seriously taking a look at what I eat and working my ass off to get fit again. Mind you, the last 5 or 6 lbs came off pretty quickly as I have just moved into my new house and it required A LOT of cleaning and painting. The sweat was rolling off of me for nearly 12 hours a day. Things are slowing down now and this is my “Active Rest” week....
